Super beautiful Nollywood Actress, Singer & Entertainer Dayo Amusa is on the verge of dropping the video to her hit single titled MOSORIRE, an adorable song, and a candidate for  song of the year .

On Thursday 28th of February, Dayo Amusa shot the video for “MOSORIRE” and going by the pictures i received it seems everything went according to plan and we are anticipating one hell of a video .The location looks extremely beautiful and her costumes are flamboyant . The video is directed by the very creative PERCEPTION FILM WORKS.

I had a blast this weekend as Teeklef and his HipNavi crew hosted his core fans to a concert / Listening party . The event was held at the famous Spotlight Indy, a small concert venue inside the humble creations studio.

Teeklef kept the ladies dancing and jubilant all night with his sonorous voice and stage presence . There were other performances by notable acts like Terrance Anderson , Khiry Managan , Keiana Whatley , Camerudeboy and FOXDLEGND. Other notable celebrities present were Video director Tai Payne , DJ Mary Jane most of whom have been featured on this blog and my play list in the recent past . A lot of fans stayed to have pictures at the end. It was a lot of fun . Teeklef continues his Tour to major cities , visit his page @teeklef to find out the next tour destination.

It was a really bright atmosphere last night at Club Kalakutah as one of Indiana’s most prominent Disc Jockeys, Dj Drey , celebrated his birthday last night . The exclusive event was attended by his closest friends , family and associates . The night featured high life performances by Akin Olowo and comedy by Mc ChrisJoe Jagaban . Another outstanding Dj from Indianapolis , DJ Xclone was on the wheels of steel dishing out a compilation of songs befitting of a colleague’s birthday party.

Club Kalakutah, named after the Nigerian Afro-beat Legend Fela Anikulapo Kuti, is the arguably the biggest African club in Indianapolis, and one of the very few clubs that play Afro-beat and high-life music in the city . It houses the most African parties, especially on the weekends. Flex Saturday, is already a favorite among IUPUI and Ivy Tech students . It serves as a great way to network; relieve stress and rejuvenate while listening to African music from the likes of DJ DellyJay , DJXclone and the birthday boy himself , DJ Drey . Although Saturdays are always packed and Sunday are reserved for the more traditional Tungba or Highlife music, you can always find an activity going on at club kalakutah even on the week days .

This is one place i recommend you visit if you are spending a night in Indianapolis because there is always something entertaining  going on at the venue . It also houses the very famous Kalakutah restaurant , one of the few places you will find original African cuisine on the menu.

Indianapolis is blossoming into an Entertainment destination . The city is comprised of people from a diverse range of backgrounds and cultures . Every 3rd Friday of the month , Bella Marcia plays host to a comedy event featuring some of the best comedians in Indianapolis.  According to the organizers , the event will unite the community and engage people positively . It provides a platform for individuals and businesses to interact . There is food and drinks for purchase , while items like bags , face caps , and tee shirts are also on display .

Hello Indianapolis, this weekend witnessed the Grand opening of the most upscale venue / restaurant / bar and Lounge in town: Michael’s Soul Kitchen .

We were treated to a night of exotic fashion by Angel Oliveria Couture, live music and free appetizers. According to the management , Michael’s Soul Kitchen will play host to high class events ; Cater for high end businesses; and feature some of the most amazing instrumentalist and performers Indianapolis has to offer. It’s vintage design and classy interior will definitely appease the upper class .

Mr Duke is an Indianapolis based Nigerian artist who has carved a niche for himself in the music industry in Indiana. He has decided to host his friends and fans to a Night of music. The event is scheduled for the 25th of November at Bella Marcia and it features some of the best emerging acts in Naptown. Artists billed to perform are Koros , Teeklef, Bowyrude , Feyi , Timmy Rochie , Stella La Bella , Detox , Neno , Kolly bizzle and Ady Mob . There will also be a presentation titled ” Ada” by Vanessa . The show is sponsored by Hidashi co. and Serkes and hosted by one of Naptowns top most hosts AO. It promises to be a special night and i am very sure it will live up to the hype.
