We spent a full day in the studio with a big-time Afro-beat artist from Indiana USA called Afrorolls @afrorolls . We were looking to understand his music-making process and see how he comes up with amazing tunes. it was a time well spent! Good food, plenty of alcohol and music is a recipe for long life.

Ijoba Jimmy Inc. — A company owned by popular Agege boy and illustrative content creator Ijoba Jimmy has released the official single of its artists tagged “chop life”. Chop Life is the company’s first offering in the music industry and it brings together two of their most promising acts Ijoba Jimmy and Sanny Blaze. As a graphic artist, Ijoba Jimmy has worked for popular musicians like Lhi Frosh, Junior boy, Zinoleesky, Sean Dampte, T-ME Singsong just to mention a few.
Sanny Blaze on the other hand carries a huge responsibility on his shoulders, the street disciple is expected to be the next big thing to come out of the streets of Agege; one of the most popular suburbs in Lagos. Going by his vocal dexterity and writing capabilities, we are sure he will be able to live up to the massive hype and expectations. Choplife is a feel-good song with good lyrics written by Ijoba Jimmy and Sanny blaze.
