Champion Lover

Afrobeat is a Monster worldwide right about now and with Burna boy’s Grammy Nomination, we can beat our chest and say Afrobeat has reached the pinnacle of world music. As we speak, the door is about to be opened to more African acts, as more Afrobeat acts are expected to blossom locally and internationally in 2020. One of such acts is Papyfire.

Every time Papyfire releases new music, we all know what to expect. High energy vocals, well-orchestrated beats, and sweet melodies. Papyfire’s new release Sharp is a high energy Afrobeat song, full of heavy percussions that promises to keep the dance floor alive.

“Firetape is a series of many projects we will be put out moving forward, it’s a place where I express my deepest imaginations and my immediate reality. My team called this tape “The Champ” based on their experience grinding and winning with me every day, I never say NO to a challenge. We all have to constantly strive to be Champions, that’s literally the only way to improve our industry and society as a whole. The Champ is one of many fire tapes to come, we are also releasing some afrobeat, dancehall, and other genres including another EP before the end of the year. As long as I have a voice, you will always hear from the champ”.

Papyfire don come again o ..

This is a highly infectious vibe . Papyfire Jumps on SARZ new beat titled “ Spiritual Riddim ” . Sarz is regarded in many quarters as Nigeria’s NO. 1 producer.

How do you even question that with a beat as banging as this ?

Papyfire does extraordinarily well in matching the beat drum for drum ; pace for pace ; and fire for fire . This Papyfire Jam is definitely my No. 1 jam for 2019 at the moment, it won’t take long for it to be your No.1.  I will place a bet with my money .

I am one of those people that listen to music not just for it’s value today but also what it may become in future. Speaking of the future, I can confidently say Papyfire is laying his bed for the future.

“ Don’t speed ”  is off his E.P – I am Music and it’s one of my favorite songs at the moment. I can’t listen to this Jam alone , it would be inconsiderate and i would be considered greedy if i did so.  I urge you to Join in, plug your head sets and legooo !!
