Marco got his start in Abidjan (Ivory Coast) ,where he had a Uncle who was a mobile DJ. On weekends, when his uncle was not playing gigs, he would go over and play on the turntables for fun. DJ Marco took to them like a natural.
In 2005, he left Ivory coast for the lights of USA Indianapolis. Shortly after arriving, DJ Marco got his big break when he first bought his own turntable & Speakers to practice on his DJ skills, DJ Marco first gig was at his Sister birthday in 2007 .With only 40 pieces of wax, DJ Marco kept the floor packed from 10pm until 3am. At that point, he was asked to play at another birthdays and weddings, parties and many more…
In 2010, DJ Marco had his first night club gig when he was asked to play In a New years eve party in an African club called FSA, because regular DJ got Sick. DJ Marco impressed everyone present and was offered a position as a permanent DJ at the club. His style of mixing is unique, and he has a way of keeping the floor pounding by his choices in music.
He is one of the few DJs out there that is still considered a “pure DJ” in his preferred use of vinyl , CDs, and computer based programs. In december 2012 DJ Marco threw his first event in the club and it was very successful ..Til today DJ Marco throws the biggest parties and is considered as one of the best International DJs & promoters in the whole midwest of the USA.
