Parris Ladame is one of the most important artists out of Indianapolis. She has made a name for herself in the city and is becoming ever increasingly successful. Her social media account is beaming with activities and fans are loving the way she socializes and engages with them. The Orange hair female rapper recently released her much-publicized album Mood Swing and it was worth my time and money. The album was produced by Freshduzit and released under Bag Music group. Check it out.
C Dub‘s project titled “Don’t wait too late” is worth every listen. It is a conscious record with a bit of a battle feel to it. C Dub is clearly trying to find his place amongst the elites in the rap game. His flow is energetic and his voice is full of purpose, the lyrics and flow is super intelligent. Songs like Smoke and King Athur blew my is omind. This is one project i recommend you should not sleep on.
Liah B is a superstar the making, Unlike the two projects already mentioned, Liah B’s project Bittersweet is a slow sensual R&B E.P. Her voice is immaculate and she makes you want to fall in love with every song you listen to. The album art to this project is irresistibly colorful and creative. Songs off the project like We forever and Too much catch the eye.
With Amerikkken’s KHAOTICdropping sometime in September, Sprove’s Life is Sweet album in the making, and Afrobeat artist Olawale Kentucky set to release his Lagos to Kentucky E.P -This is definitely a very exciting time for music in Indianapolis and I cannot wait to listen to these records. Paul Gayle (born 1972), better known by his stage name Little Hero, is a Jamaican reggae singer.
Born in Farm Town, Discovery Bay, in St Ann, Little Hero emerged in the early-1990s, first recording with producer Courtney Cole in 1992, and had his first major success in 1994 with the Jamaican number one single “God Alone”, a collaboration with Merciless and Action Fire.
His debut album, Revelation, was released in 2007 (initially in Japan) and entered the Billboard Top Reggae Albums chart at number one. He was reported to be working on a second album called More Love in 2011. He had success in Jamaica with singles such as “Inna De Ghetto”, and released his latest album, The Oracle Unleashed, in

Indianapolis has seen a fair share of high profile celebrities and top-notch events in the last five months. The likes of Dr. Sid, Falz, Chief Obi, Niki Tall, 2baba, Alex Ekubo, etc have all come and gone. This weekend was the turn of one of Africa’s hottest artists Kizz Daniel to add heat to an already incredibly hot summer.
Notable comedian Elenu, Uncle Azeez and acts like DJ Phlame, DJ Drey, and Rilo were also present to add spice to the sold-out concert.

The African music Legend and 2015 MTV best African act winner Innocent Idibia popularly known as 2Baba visited Club Kalakutah; one of the biggest clubs in Indianapolis, USA, on the 13th of July 2019. It was a memorable event that also featured the Popular Nollywood star Alex Ekubo who was in the building to promote his new movie ” The power of one “.
Afrobeat artists such as Rilo , Desbee , Detox, and Mr Duke were also present to thrill the crowd.
